  1. Customer service.
    1. We work directly with you or your designer to produce the look and design you want for the cabinets in your home. 
    1. Before production of your cabinets we verify the plans with you cabinet by cabinet including colors and door styles to prevent any miscommunication. 
    1. Once we have a signed contract we make a weekly field check of your home to check for possible problems. 
    1. We deliver your cabinets on time and complete. 
    1. We don’t even ask for the final payment until you are completely satisfied with the cabinet work in your home. 
  1. Cabinet Quality
    1. We build European style cabinets. 
    1. We use ¾” fused melamine for all of the cabinet box parts including the backs and adjustable shelves. 
    1. Your drawers are made from ¾” fused melamine. 
      1. Upgrade to half inch, hardwood, dove tail drawers also available.
    1. We use adjustable legs for your cabinets, which allow us to install either before or after flooring, it also allows us to install your cabinets plum, level, and square. 
    1. We use Salice brand hardware (hinges and drawer slides,), which come with a life time warranty.
      1. Upgrade to full extension, blu-motion, or tandom drawer slides also available. 
    1. All exposed parts of the cabinets are finished hardwood: all doors, drawer fronts, end panels, crown moldings, light valances, etc. 
    1. Our standard crown molding is 4” crown with a routed sub crown, making it a two-piece molding. 
  1. Cabinet Finish
    1. We use Sherwin Williams brand finishes.  We do not mix different brands of finishes; this can cause adhesion problems. 
    1. We use a Vinyl sealer to seal all your cabinet parts. 
    1. We use Sherwin Williams conversion varnish for the top coat on all your cabinet parts. 
  1. Installation
    1. The quality installation of your cabinets is key to a flawless cabinet project.  The owner of Heritage Cabinets has over twenty years of installation experience, which he uses to over see our Installation team.
